Contracts and Annual Maintenance. To cater to the unique requirements of our clients, we often bundle our services into core work contracts or annual maintenance packages. Our services are classified into the following categories:
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Plan: We are committed to providing a comprehensive written preventive maintenance plan for all your air conditioning units every three months, and electrical and Plumbing every six months. You can expect to receive this plan within 30 days of signing our contract.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES (MEP)
- Repair and Replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment, including AC Equipment like Split unit, Packaged unit, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Fans, DB, Individual Breakers, ELCB, light fittings, switches, Sockets, Control Panels, and water heaters.
- Repair of water pumps, Pipeline leaks and Blockages
- Replacements of Valves and Controls.
- Repair and Replacement of Sanitary ware fittings, as well as attention to drainage problems.
- Central solar water heater hot water getting time delay while using.
- Domestic Water tank cleaning and disinfection test
- Domestic Water system insufficient water pressure and iron oxide Rusted water are coming while interval of usage of water.
AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE
- One major annual service along with three quarterly services for both indoor and outdoor Units.
- Attending emergency calls based on our client’s requests.
- Cleaning of Filters.
- Cleaning and inspecting electrical components
- Pressure washing of outdoor coils
- Refilling refrigerant gas
- Replacing belts, lubricating and cleaning of drain lines
- Placing drain flow tablets in drip trays.
- Changing compressor oil and filters if deemed necessary.
- Repairing minor leaks and insulation
